This is not the first joint project with Geometrium. I enjoy working with their team, they are very involved in the process. This is a very complex project, from the process of purchasing land to the process of approving everything that we plan to build on it.
Now I like the way the complex turns out. It will be on a unique scale for Bali. But we are still at the beginning of the project’s implementation.

We came to Geometrium before speaking at the investment forum. The task was to develop the architecture and interior for the villa complex in the shortest possible time. Our specialty is technology. And we wanted this to be somehow integrated in the project.
We liked that we managed to place a sufficient number of villas on our land and make them private. To make technological facades with light installations and modern design, within a short time frame.

Стандартный дизайн-проект — от 8 300 ₽/м² при площади от 86 м². Для объектов меньшей площади — фиксированная стоимость 705 500 ₽ за проект.
Премиум дизайн-проект — от 11 500 ₽/м² при площади от 90 м². Для объектов меньшей площади — 1 035 000 ₽ за проект.
Оба варианта включают полный комплект проектной и рабочей документации, необходимой для реализации интерьера строительной командой.
2. Что входит в дизайн-проект интерьера?
Концепция, философия проекта, планировочное решения, объемная 3д модель проекта, 3D-визуализации выбранных помещений, ведомость материалов и мебели, полный комплект рабочей документации для строителей, развертки помещений (ТЗ на заказную мебель).
3. Можно ли заказать только консультацию, без полного проекта?
Да: онлайн-консультация с дизайнером — от 35 000 ₽ за 3 часа, выезд и консультация на объекте — от 40 000 ₽ за 3 часа.
4. Вы работаете только в Москве?
Нет, студия реализует проекты по всему миру. Мы также разрабатываем проекты в Европе и Азии.
5. Какие направления, кроме жилых интерьеров, вы ведёте?
У студии Geometrium сильно развитое B2B направление. Наши архитектурные проекты были отмечены самыми престижными архитектурными премиями в том числе World Architecture Festival. Мы проектируем отели, поселки, общественные и коммерческие пространства, а также места общего пользования в жилых комплексах. Среди наших заказчиков: MR Group, FORMA, Абсолют недвижимость и другие.
6. С какого года работает студия и сколько проектов уже реализовано?
С 2013 года, команда разработала более 1000 архитектурных и дизайн-проектов.
7. Сколько человек в команде и кто ведёт проект?
Более 60 человек в том числе дизайнеры и архитекторы. С проектом работают арт-директор, руководитель проекта, дизайнер, архитектор, визуализатор, комплектатор, логист и менеджер стройки — каждый этап ведёт профильный специалист.
8. Как проходит первая встреча со студией?
После заявки менеджер связывается с вами и согласует дату и время онлайн- или очной встречи с руководителем проектной группы, на которой обсуждаются пожелания, бюджет на реализацию и варианты реализации проекта.
